Families and friends of persons lost in the 9/11 attacks have long encouraged the Bush/Cheney campaign to post An Open Letter To The American People written by those who lost loved ones on that terrible day. The Bush/Cheney campaign had been castigated for a brief glimpse of 9/11 in an ad. Kerry supporters have since had ads with a few of the surviving family members endorsing Kerry. After repeated appeals from those survivors whose loved ones where victims of 9/11 to be posted, the Bush/Cheney campaign finally posted the open letter
on the Bush/Cheney website.
