Kerry: "because my record is not public"

John Kerry was interviewed by Tom Brokaw. Kerry was asked about the reports that George Bush has a higher IQ than John Kerry. Kerry responded," That's great. More power. I don't know how they've done it, because my record is not public. So I don't know where you're getting that from."

That is precisely the problem in this election. John Kerry has not been forthcoming with his records.

There are so many questions regarding the records of John Kerry such as:

Did Kerry attempt to get a deferment?
Did Kerry enlist in the reserves, once the deferment was denied, so that he could avoid active duty?
Was his service on the Quigley too demeaning for a man of his stature?
Did he elect to join the Swiftboats because they were not at that point actively engaged in the smaller coastal waters and he would be in a leadership position?
Why won't Kerry sign the 180 form that people demanded Bush sign?
Why does Kerry subjectively release 6 pages of the more than 100 pages in his military record?
Was Kerry's discharge less than honorable until later changed after Carter was President?

IQ is not the only measure of a man. Things such as honesty, consistency and deeply held moral values that are
not easily cast aside count for far more important than a score on a standardized test.

Kerry's campaign has repeatedly attacked President Bush for not telling the truth to the American people. I still do not understand that charge since we were told what the President intended to do, that it would be a long tough struggle. We knew that going to war would cost the U. S. dearly in terms of blood and treasure. Does Kerry really plan on being
utterly transparent with the American people and therefore utterly transparent with our enemies?

Will Kerry base his decisions on newspaper stories, leap into action, all before thorough investigation of the facts?

    Okay, folks.

We got it finally. We have the Former Secretary of the Navy who stated, "Yes, Kerry did receive an Other Than Honorable Discharge".
